At The House of Ampersand, all products are custom-made and printed on demand from local hubs. Orders in Australia are printed and shipped from Australian facilities. UK orders are printed and shipped from their local facilities etc. So shipping times may vary slightly.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Some items may take longer during peak periods or due to POD provider delays.

Australia: 7–14 business days (Free Shipping)

International: 14–28 business days (Calculated at checkout based on destination)

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Delays & Issues:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen POD production issues.
