Refund policy

At The House of Ampersand, we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we are only able to accept returns or issue refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

 

Please check your order carefully upon arrival. If there’s an issue:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

 

Important Notes:

Items returned due to “change of mind” or incorrect sizing cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
